Well a little, but not really. I hear from high schools in 21 days and I am getting a little nervous, but to died me over I feel as though I must rant about one thing, talk about some movies I have seen, and talk about my design slump.

Now I was talking to one of my friends from school when the most irrelevant thought

came to mind, ”what is the pringles logo” now for those of you who are not familiar with pringles, let me explain. Pringles are a brand of potato chips, they come in many flavors, and unlike other chips they come in a can. Now you can take a look at the pringles logo here now at the top you will see there is a white head, with two black eyes, an outrageous mustache, and some very big eyebrows. Am i the only one who has no clue what this has to do with potato chips? I think the even greater question however is how that got past marketing. The designer comes up with that thing, marketing finds some way to link the pasty white face to potato chips in there mind, then they sell there product and no one questions what it is.

Now moving a long.

I saw ”There Will Be Blood” last week and I honestly think it should win picture of the year. It has amazing actors, an amazing plot, a great ending, and is just all around awesome. If you haven’t seen it I recommend you do so now.

Recently I have been having a design slump, I can’t seem to design anything I like, every time i try something I save it and never come back to it, I don’t know what is wrong. If you have any suggestions please comment, I think i may just need to take a break.

Talk 360 is going very well, the skin has been coded, the images are done, and the setting up of the forum is being finished.  I am trying to get the site up and running and am looking forward to the launch. I am debating whether to have a referral contest at launch or a gaming tournament, the prize would be the xbox 360 game of the winners choice. Hit me p on msn or email me with your opinion.

In other news I have so many tests, and midterms this week it is ridiculous. Anyways, peace out.

As I go back to school I am writing everyone to wish them a late happy new year! The project I have been working on is a forum called talk 360, i cannot state exactly when it will be open yet, but hopefully soon. today I made this which was kind of a fun little project. I will soon be looking for talk 360 staff and please don’t email me about a position, I am going to come to you haha. Lastly if anyone is interested in that design hit me up on email.

Photoshop Veterans

A great website started by the well known designer Anthony Bullock. This site is a great place to discuss photoshop, design, and work methods. The people there know what they are talking about and can help any designer improve. I recommend everyone check it out.

I got bored today and created this design here I don’t know what to do with it yet but.. yeah.

Well yesterday i had to get up early (early for a weekend) and take my final 3 hour exam this year. All my classmates had to take it as well so i took the subway out to my school and waited until it started. This test was different from the SSAT (Secondary School Admissions test) because it had no guessing penalty and felt more like standardized test I have taken in the pass. After the test I went to go see “I am Legend” which i highly reccomend.

I currently am working on a new forum project which i hoipe to release early next year, around january hopefully.

Yesterday I picked up Assasins’ Creed, I can’t say I am really enjoying the game that much, it is too easy to be spotted and the fighting is basically hitting the ”x” button a lot.

As I watch Superbad I am proud to bring you Lucifix, the blog! After designing this about 2 months ago, and yelling at choco for another month I finally have this up and running. As much as I am glad to have this blog up after my 3 hour SSAT (Secondary School Admissions Test). I will be updating my blog with projects, observations, events, and designs.
